Lithography continues to be a specialism and is the basis on which Re-Art was founded. We make the transition for you from your digital file to printed matter. If this transition is not made correctly, the outcome of printed matter cannot be predicted and the result is usually disappointing.
There are many factors to be taken into account, such as the printing process, the paper on which you print and the printing standard that is used. In almost all cases your file will be an RGB file, which implies that it cannot be used for printed matter just like that. It must be converted to the right CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Key = black) values for the relevant printing standards. Good, beautiful printed matter is determined precisely by the preparation and the lithography of your files. Especially when it concerns fine art printing, you want to have the greatest possible similarity to your art works.
ISO standard
Re-Art works according to the latest FOGRA / ISO standards set for printing processes and has EIZO monitors which enable us to softproof. Moreover, you can turn to us for certified digital proofs so as to prevent disappointment later on.
