Mounting service
You can turn to Re-Art for mounting prints on Forex, Dibond, acid-free cardboard or polystyrene. We work with very strong ultra tec film adhesives which warrant permanent adhesion.
Forex
Forex is a sturdy synthetic foam plate which meets fire safety class B2.
It is resistant to UV and moisture and is available in white and black in 3, 5 and 8 mm thicknesses.
Application: HD Finish, ChromaLuxe, prints mounted in floating frames.

Dibond
Dibond is a sandwich plate on a basis of two top layers of aluminium and a core of black polyethylene. Dibond is resistant to UV and moisture and available in thicknesses of 2, 3 or 4 mm.
Application: Liquid Gloss, Diasec, photo on Dibond.

Acid-free cardboard
For high-quality framing we use acid-free cardboard, which is also known as museum cardboard. Acid-free cardboard is made on a basis of an alkaline paper production technology. This means that the pH of the pulp that is used to make the paper is higher than 7 (neutral). The paper is also given an alkaline reserve, like calcium carbonate, in order to neutralise acid substances that are absorbed from the atmosphere or formed by the natural ageing process.

Polystyrene
Polystyrene is a smooth, hard and impact-proof synthetic plate which is often used for mounting photos for frames and it is moisture-resistant. It is 1 mm thick and only available in white.
